A Message From Cynthia Ford

In 2015, two students asked me to be the sponsor for a Habitat for Humanity Chapter at Hillgrove HS. Since then, we have participated in 7 house builds (no builds the Covid years). We build with the Cobb HS Coalition, 4 high schools dedicated to serving others. It is a wonderful thing to see students raise funds (this year's build donation is $150, 000!) and give up their Saturdays to help a future homeowner. They get to build with other students, the homeowner, and a fantastic crew from HFH! These are kind, giving students that learn life skills, and how one act of kindness can change someone's life. If you donate, you'll be helping that mission. It only takes one person to make a difference:)
