The Cobb Catholic Coalition is an amazing group of women and men who have been living out the Habitat for Humanity mission of putting God’s love into action by building homes, communities, and hope in partnership with the Northwest Metro Atlanta Habitat for Humanity since 1992.
The coalition has built, renovated, or restored 49 homes, and in 2024, the coalition will build its 50th HOME with Habitat, and we need your help to reach our goal!
We do this with the support of the church communities of:
- Holy Family,
- St. Catherine of Sienna,
- St. Clare of Assisi,
- St. Ann,
- St Joseph and
- Transfiguration.
The members of these Catholic parishes have donated more than $2.1 million and more than 100,000 volunteer hours since the coalition was founded. The impact this group has had on the homeowners of homes we built has changed many lives for current and future generations.
Please consider donating to support our efforts on behalf of the families we serve through decent, affordable homes.

In Support of Habitat for Humanity of NW Metro Atlanta
Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity began in 1976 as a grassroots effort on a community farm in southern Georgia. The Christian housing organization has since grown to become a leading global nonprofit working in nearly 1,400 communities throughout the U.S. and in nearly 70 countries. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Through financial support, volunteering or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves. Through shelter, we empower.
